Chavez, Sanchez, Olivares, Barrera, Morales, Zarate, Pintor, Arizmendi, Roman, Ricardo Lopez, Canto, Saldivar, Juan Manuel Marquez, Kid Azteca, Jose Luis Castillo, Daniel Zaragoza, Rafael Herrera, Chucho Castillo, Humberto Gonzalez, and then guys like Rafael Marquez and Israel Vasquez.

    No order there.

So how come Israel Vasquez and Rafael MArquez would be placed above Corrales?

Rafael Marquez is a two weight world champion with double victories over Mark Johnson, a win over Tim Austin, Silence Mabuza, and of course, Israel Vasquez. Has been a professional for 15 years and is still fighting at top level.

Israel Vasquez has two victories over this man, Oscar Larios, Johnny Gonzalez, and dominated the Super Bantamweight division for the best part of four years.

There's not a huge distinction between these three fighters.

Right, I was gonna say that. Corrales is 2 division champ as well. He beat some name fighters along with Casamayor, and Castillo who is on your list.

Only difference is that he didn't exactly dominate at any time.

Truth be told, I don't necessarily have a top 20 list or even a top 15 list.

Thing is, if you're going to include Mexican-Americans, then guys like Oscar De La Hoya will also find themselves on the list.

Which ones havent you heard of? I guess it depends what kind of fighter you feel like viewing, lot of different styles there and a few of them are oldtimers. Got some very good boxers like Davila,Sandoval,Olivo,Castillo Loreto Garza,Robert Garcia,Mando Ramos,Hector Lopez and some all action guys like Padilla, Quiroga,Gaby Canizales,Franke Duarte,Tony Ayala,Mando Muniz,Yaqui Lopez some big punchers Oscar Albarado,Jaime Garza,Prime Romero,Juan Meza Old timers Manuel Gonzales,Ramon Fuentes, Art Aragon,Carlos Chavez,Eddie Chavez,Fabela Chavez,Kid Colima,Johnny Romero(beat Archie Moore)Aurelio Herrera and Mexican Joe Rivers(turn of the century fighters and im sure you know who the guys the first 20 guys i listed are. Lot of boxer punchers on this list too, lot of the excellent Mex/American fighters are on here have a mixed style of stereotype Mexican Slugger and slick american boxing. I know ive missed a few these are some just off the top of my head.

Wrong fight to watch:patsch Try watching Muniz-Napoles fight a fight in which almost everyone thought Muniz won. Napoles clearly won the 2nd fight.

Im suprised you havent heard of Richie Sandoval he beat Jeff Chandler for the title and was a favorite to win gold in 80 but the US boycotted the olympics that year.

Oscar Shotgun Albarado is a guy to watch big banger and former Junior Middle champ.

Loreto Garza beat Coggi for the title and whupped Vinnie Pazienza.

I can understand you not knowing the other ones they were old timers. I believe Carlos Chavez has a couple wins over Manuel Ortiz i think they fought like 7 times he also fought a whos who of old time greats. Same with the other guys you mentioned. Kid Colima is one of the pioneers of Mexican and Mex/Amer fighters after Mexican Joe Rivers and Aurelio Herrera
