does it matter if he has fought anyone at heavyweight? this is judging the best power punching and his record shows that he is in the top 10 of the list. So does that mean valero has to knock out peter as well to prove he is worthy to go on the list?

Not a bad list, Cintron does hit very hard he just isn't a great boxer.

 

Actually, Its not such a bad list.. Wladimir, Edwin and Haye are good punchers, Samuel is a respected banger if you wanna argue, Kermit has had his share of Ko's (maybe not at the highest level) and Kirkland *IS* a puncher, I don't think i'd go out on a limb to say any of them aren't...
