10+ loses headline PPV

It's about guys with 10 or more losses, who have been in position to headline a PPV.
So far we have found no one.

Some years ago Top Rank and others used to do these small scale PPV's. I remember Chavez Jr. headlining a few before he got on HBO.
Maybe some of those had some guys with 10 losses headlining.
