currently mine will be : 1) Foreman 2) Tua 3) Toney 4) Shavers 5) McCall 6) Chuvalo 7) Corrie Sanders 8) "Walcott" (Cream) 9) Griffin - lets just say he had plenty of unpleasant surprises for his opponents which were surprising for the viewer as well 10) Roy Jones Jr
I can appreciate a pressure fighter and some consistent inside work......just as long as it isn't smothered and it's clean and sustained.Duran's inside fighting was about as sloppy and unrefined as I've ever seen from a boxer who's supposed to be so great in one particular area. Clearly Duran is a much more intelligent and defensively capable inside fighter than most, and I'm not claiming it isn't effective, but he's nowhere near as aesthetically-pleasing to watch work on the inside as somebody like Julio Cesar Chavez.Unlike Duran,Chavez never needed to initiate clinches and maul to be truly effective on the inside like Duran did.His punches were clean, precise and easy to view and appreciate.
Lots of my favorites being mentioned here but I have to mention Marvin Johnson. Watching him swat a fly at a picnic would be exciting.
true true I saw him in Philadelophia and never didn't get my money worth he would be on the fly like white on rice:good
