To those who think RJJ will beat Calzaghe, please give YES or NO answers to the following 10 suggestions. Please do answer as I am genuinely interested in what the majority answers will be:

    Do you think...

    - that Morales could come back and beat Pacquiao in a 4th fight?
    - that Barrera could beat Marquez in a rematch?
    - that De La Hoya could beat Margarito just now?
    - that Holyfield could beat David Haye?
    - that James Toney will win the world heavyweight title soon?
    - that Ricardo Mayorga will beat Mosley and then go after a world title?
    - that Tito Trinidad could boil down to 160 or 154 and be a force again?
    - that Fernando Vargas could come back and beat Pavlik or Abraham?
    - that Tyson could KO one of the Klitschkos if they beat Povetkin/Peter?
    - that Jeff Fenech is on the way back to glory after his win over Azumah Nelson??

I would be interested to hear your responses on each suggestion. Give me a number out of 10 that you believe are possible. For instance, I think zero are possible. Toney has the best chance, but even then it's so slim I wouldn't rate it.

So basically, your suggesting that RJJ can't beat Calzaghe, and that these 10 feats are more likely.

Well, Roy has the best chance of any to beat Calzaghe IMO. I think Jones will cause the upset, and in the process, make me a very rich man :D

Can't be arsed to answer them, while i think JC will win i agree with the above that RJJ to beat JC is more likely than any of the stuff you said.

The only thing that bothers me is that these same ppl who say RJJ will win will be the first to say RJJ was shot (lets face it, he isn't in his prime and hasn't been for a long time)...but my point is you cannot have it both ways.

None? Not even Mosley or Vitali Klitschko or Azumah Nelson? I was sure they were all 37 or older already.

But none of them are no.2 pound-for-pound in the world certainly.

ok,,maybe i anwer NO!!! to most of or maybe all of them but who cares? what them questions got to relate with Jones vs Calzage?? i still think that Jones have some real chances of beating Calzage period.

Do you watch the Hopkins vs Calzage fight?

Do You remember the knockdown that Hopkins gave Calzage at 40 something years old?

Imagine what a Shot Roy can do

Calzaghe will taste a TKO stoppage loss and it will be the first and most dramatic defeat of his career.

Jones is more skilled, has more of a boxing mind, better fundamentals, just as good in the speed department, better accurracy ...

Don't look at one aspect of the game and think that Roy doesn't have a chance, at one point in time he was considered the best fighter in the game and I know that its not that big off a drop off in his productivity and physical attributes.

Too much work but I do think Jones will upset the Welshman. Of course it's not speaking or thinking with logic...it's a gut feeling. Somtimes you gotta go with your gut in boxing...that's both in prediciting the outcome of a fight and how you fight if you are in the ring.

His chances are very slim, and I think everyone agrees with that, but my gut says we might see an upset.

edit: and I think DLH can beat Margo too, alltho its not very likely.
