Some of you have been following me on the Fattie-to-Fittie forum, but I though I would create a separate post for this weeks blog.

I have found that lazy people like me make lots of excuses to lose weight, so to push me along i have posted my 10 week challenge. No crash dieting, to sauna suits, just better eating and more exercise.

I want to lose 20lb and fight in September. Comments and tip are always appreciated.

I don't think a 20 lb. weight loss over 10 weeks is overly ambitious, especially with a starting weight of 263 lbs. Add to that your BFI at 36% and you should have a fairly easy time taking that weight off.

Simplest weight loss method I know of is "Eat less, move more!" Good luck with your undertaking and keep it updated.

Sorely tempted to to this :yep Much as I hate being fat, a salad has nothing on a slice of pizza or a big sub.

Eating doesn't seem to be the problem though, it's getting my ass training that is the issue :?

I've got the opposite problem. I love training, but I also love eating. :thumbsup

So, today I'll go run 3 miles then come home and chow down. :patsch
