Lewis was robbed against Holyfield in the first one,but Ray Mercer was robbed against Lewis.

I think people tend to forget that disgraceful "draw" decision. When looking back, it's sort of a given that Lewis beat Holyfield twice.

I would imagine it was if Mercer was fighting himself.

No, Mercer was not robbed. Lewis won the first Holyfield fight 9-3. Mercer-Lewis was like a 6-4 fight either way, or 5-5 (the way I had it).

I was at Holy vs Lewis 1. I left at the start of the 12 round. Wanted to catch the train, and our seat where at the top of MSG. I thanked the people from England that I sat with, and we had a great time all night. Told them they had a true champ and that this was a easy win for Lewis. Got down to the Trian and headed back to NJ, got my transfer and then slept untill my stop. When I got to my car and put on WFAN to my shock when I finaly heard what they said. That was the only and last time I ever left until the fight was totaly over and we knew who had one. I have seen many fights before and after that. But again that was the first time I left early. UGH!
