Rousey is a hypejob. The UFC is a CLOSED SYSTEM. It is a monopoly. Especially the womens. They just find girls with some skills who are attractive and sign them. Mayweather would kill Rousey in either a boxing ring or the cage. You can't compare men to women, simple as that. Mayweather would knock her out in about 10 seconds, it doesn't matter how good her grappling is, she would simply be way way way to slow to get anywhere near him without getting hit.
