Ford has beat 1, thats right, 1 ranked fighter his whole life and just cuz he impresses sweet science on film, he will be listed as good as coorales and judah. This is almost as lame as ur arguement for having cerdan above lennox, you like what u see on film ,lol. Nice reason little kid!

I thought Castillo lost twice to Johnston and his fight with Casamayor could have gone either way. Had Castillo by a point. Castillo is a good solid fighter but he's not any better than Danny Lopez. Lopez beat the likes of Castanon, Ayala, Hafey, O'Grady, Olivares, Castillo, Kotey which is a fairly decent resume.

As for Hatton, talk about no defense, lol. Hatton has a good win against Tszyu but I wouldn't right now say he is a level up on Danny Lopez.

WHo did Judah beat to earn those distinctions? Average fighters, that's who.

As for Mayweather's hall of fame opponents, right now the only certain hall of famer on his record is DLH. Hatton may eventually get there and Castillo and Corrales have arguments of being there, Hernandez maybe as well, but if they do all make it they will be borderline.

Truth is the only fighter I'd rank in the top 150 all time that Floyd has "beat" is a 34 year old DLH that I thought he lost to.

the castillo johnston fights were close, isnt it ironic that you always have the loser winning every close fight. Either way, castillo arguably beat him twice. Johnston and casamyor were p4p fighters, you wont see many guys on his resume that were p4pers.

Another way o bash sanchez, well lets see, his record is pretty padded up if u ask me. 44 wins, with 36 being against striaght up tomato cans. I mean as soon as floyd reached 13 fights he began fighting contender level opponents, same cant be said for sanchez, he fought bums all the way up to his lopez fight.

When it comes to depth sanchez losses. I havent even mentioned the wins over jesus chavez, sharmba mitchell, arturo gatti, carlos hernandez, corley, n'dou, and sveral other fighters that are better than those 36 tomato cans that sanchez padded his record with.

Its called depth sweet scientist, something mayweathers reseum has. he doesnt pull a ramriez and try and fight bums to put more kos on his record.

Most of this forum agrees maywetaher won, id ont need to change ur opinion, got that.

Judah beat cory spinks, if you call him just an average fighter, then thats good for you, i care less. cawdell and ford beat like 1 or 2 contenders and ur comparing him to them. Thats how weak sanchez resume is, those r the guys that from his resume that are beign compared to him.

Someone like Corrales has achived more, where have I disputed it? Fact is though, Ford on the night he faced Sanchez would have troubled Corrales and likely upset him (if he was a 130 pounder that is).

nah eusebio pedroza proved ford wasnt ****, he just made sanchez look aweful, thats all. Everyone fights a journeyman that can give them problems, ford is nothing.

It means i actually watch the fights and form my own opinions, and don't rely on boxrec to guide me. That should be criticized?

Casamayor and Johnston might have been on the fringes of a top 15-20 respectively at the time. Castillo himself probably belonged to such a ranking for most of his prime.

You haven't even mentioned Gatti, Mitchell Corley and N'dou? Probably with good reason. Half of them were shot, the other half pretty shite. They probably were a step up from the cans Sanchez was beating, but all the same they don't say much in the overall scheme of things. So Floyd has a better C-List than Sanchez? Ok, I'll give it to you, he does.

****, lol, thats a word that pretty much describes most of sanchez's wins. Castillo and perez had heavuly padded records, ford beat 1 contender that wasnt ranked by ring, but an abc org. On top of that he fought 36 bums. So that leaves sanchez with gomez, nelson, laporte, lopez. He has beat about 4 fighters worth a damn.

Hell judging from that, i could legitimetly rank james toney above him too. Then again, im not going to argue that cuz you will say toney arguably lost to reggie, mccallum, etc and i dont want to put up with ur crap.

Sanchez is a very overrated fighter, it amazes me how weak his resume is outside his 4 top wins.

Hell i am surprised why james toney doesnt get ranked above him. Wins over Michael Nunn(top 3 p4p), Mccallum, Barkely, Williams, Jirov, Holyfield, ruiz and reggie jonson, yeah i gave toney that win, has to be held in a higher regard than beating 4 fighters in 1 weight class.

Spinks is pretty average. That he also beat the pretty average Judah and pretty average Mayorga (in a bout he probably lost) doesn't mean much.

hes better than most of sanchez's opponents, thats all i have to say and thats all i will say. Wins over decent fighters like karmazin, etc is good enough.

Mayweather is currently the linear champ in a division 3 weight classes above his best weight. I highly doubt salvidor would be a lineal 140 champ, or even a lineal 135 champ for that matter.

You also forgot to dismiss Castanon.

Sanchez's top wins are quality and speak more than does his C listers.

James Toney didn't beat anyone as great as Gomez or Nelson. McCallum was the only one close to them and Toney went 2-1 with him imo. As for the Reggie Johnson fight, had it a draw, as I did one of his fights with Griffin. Tiberi and Thadzi both beat him. He is not better than Sanchez.

To me, top wins are important and Sanchez has better top wins than Toney AND Mayweather.

I doubt it too. But I have no doubt he beats Baldomir, Castillo and old DLH level fighters. Floyd can't even say that without some controversy.
