Yep! Just the other day somebody asked me if I was throwing a Super Bowl party. I said, "Yea, I've got a few people coming over for the Valero-DeMarco fight on saturday."

 

speaking of that fight, I'm skipping a very important banquet where my gf is being honored, so that I can see the fight.

politically, I'm pretty liberal but I honestly thought about voting for john mccain because he's a former fighter and huge boxing fan. He had plans to pardon jack johnson, and often said he'd clean up our sport.

Yea, I know what you mean. I think I posted it on this thread, but I actually broke up plans to go out with my girlfriend to watch Boxeo Telemundo one friday night.....We ended up breaking up altogether. lol.
