Going on holiday in 11 days need to put finishing touches to the beach bod, been training on and off for 8 weeks but wanted to be in better shape at this stage. Any tips on type of training needed and the intensity???
Nothing will really happen in those 11 days. Don't eat anything except chicken, fish, some red meat 1-2 times in that period, vegeatables and a little bit of fruit. No bread, pasta, red meat, oats, legumes (peas), potatoes, dairy products etc. Drink 3L of water a day. Sounds fun huh?
I think he was aiming for the "Give-your-body-as-little-actual-fuel-as-possible-to-burn-as-much-fat-inside-a-ridiculous-time-zone" diet mate. 11 days is cutting it fine is it not OP..? :think
