Sounds like you were drinking the Lederman Kool-Aid.

Anyone who actually thought that Kotelnik was hardly punching during the fight is nuts.
Just because Lederman says it.... doesn't make it so.

Come on man everyone knows Boxing is CORRUPT now...

off the top of my head recently.....

    Tua vs Barret
    Froch vs Dirrel
    Malinaggi vs Diaz
    Martinez vs Williams

    ROBBERY!!

and as for that fight last night..... Devon was getting tapped all night and throwing punches that were never connecting for the sake of it!! ROBBERY

simple fact is more money can be made for the channels, promotors etc if Devon remains champ and fightys Khan, Bradley etc... they were never gonna give it to the eastern european fighting Alexander the greats hometown!!

i USED TO LOVE THIS SPORT BUT ITS GOING DOWN THE DRAIN RIGHT ABOUT NOW!! oh well.... at least Don Kings happy!!!

Disgrace!:-( Not that it wasn't close....but it wasn't nowhere near that lopsided and especially if you are trying to make a case for Devon.

Look at the differences in the corners throughout the fight and before the scores were read. It was pretty clear which side knew they won and which one didn't.

It was very, VERY clear that Kotelnik won last night. I watched it on a big screen t.v. in HD. However, it isn't so clear that Glen won. Several rounds could've gone either way so a 116-112 scorecard isn't so unjust, really. I personally thought Glen earned at least a draw.

The Johnson fight was much closer than The Alexander fight. A lot of close rounds does not equal a close fight. There is no way Kotelink won more than four rounds. Frankly he looked like **** most of the fight as he followed Alexander around eating jabs.

You don't know how to score a boxing match.

Most of the people who think Kotelnik won read about the results on the net and haven't seen the fight. This place is full of semi ******ed euro trolls that have no problem with showing their ass.

I think everyone is kind of missing my point. What I'm trying to say is that in two fights whose outcomes are being debated all over this forum, there is no way 3 judges in two separate fights could have all scored this exactly the same. Welcome back DK!!!

The judges had their cards filled out before the fight began!

Kotelnik won. Cloud has not chance Vs. Dawson. Hell, he was lucky to get a draw with Johnson, but his personal judges................

It's strange that every single official scorecard that night had it 116-112, the night King is present promoting the fight in one of the cash-cow's hometown sell-out events.

Corruption theories aside, I guess all it takes to win nowadays is throw a lot from the outside and yell with each shot, regardless of whether or not your shots are blocked or you get hit twice as cleanly twice as often with half the attempts.

Boxing is crooked and it's time something is done about home town decisions. Don King is a crook from way back.

I wanted to reach thru my 67" DLP and smack Harold around a few times. At least Max tried to give the straight story, well as far as he could w/o getting fired. I find it incredulous that the skill of blocking a shot with your gloves or arms had suddenly cost Kotelnik this fight when it should be praised. DA was such a shitty puncher, its just crazy to give him the benefit for being more active when all he did was try to keep Kotelnik from walking him down.
