    Hang on. Let me answer my own question. Not rated in the top 15 of big 4. Ranked 18th in the lesser IBO.

    I reckon a smart move would be to target Soulan Pownceby who has been sitting on the WBO Asia-Pacific title for a few years, not really defending it against anyone of note except Daniel Mackinnon last outing. It would send him right up the ranks of the WBO.

    to fight pownceby would have been the rite decision a little while ago,but capp camp wont travel out of vic,now pownceby is out (claims some injury but mite be in trouble with the law again)
