I dont want to reach peak straight away now i have 12 weeks till fight do i break it into 3 sets like 4 weeks at a time like aerobic base in 4 weeks then anarobic the second set of four weeks then the last 4 weeks lactic acid threshold training, sprinting hills etc atp pc? please assist thanks
very best of luck! Your training will depend on your weak points but since its your first fight I really don't think you'd need to overthink things! How does your coach feel about your training?
practise most on weak points? and what do u think about fitness wat i wrote do i do it like that or ? he said i look good but 12 weeks away dont need to be fit now lol bit confused about that
i dont want to think - dont over think things because i wont train as good! i will loose fitness through nerves
you won't lose fitness through nerves, nerves will make you tired easier, but that won't be fixed by getting fitter, if that makes sense. Don't worry about that! The plan is ok just if your fitness is a strong point whereas something in your skillset is lacking, work on that, is it 3x3 rounds?
