Except that styles make fights, Gamboa is not a pressure fighter like Salido. I'd classify him as a flawed, speedy puncher. He had the power to hurt and dissuade Salido, something Loma lacks (perhaps his biggest weakness). Unless Gamboa KO's Loma, he would get outclassed badly IMO. Gamboa had too many holes in his game to beat Loma, but he might have knocked Loma out if he landed cleanly.

Also, would Gamboa be allowed to come in heavy and hit Loma with low blows too?

Russell is a leftover? In what parallel universe? I would submit he's the best in the world currently campaigning at 126lbs.

Loma is a flawed speedy fighter. Gamboa is definitely landing during the fight.

Yeah? What mistake did he make when he was fighting guys his size like Russell, Walters etc.? Another question you can't answer.

Loma is way harder to hit than Gamboa was. Plus Gamboa's balance is complete crap, it's way he took many trips to the canvas. Gamboa would get outworked and probably quit after tasting the canvas a few times.

Except Loma has never been seriously wobbled like Gamboa. Loma was stunned against Linares but he wasn't in any danger of being stopped.

Good emoji, that isn't an argument though. Tell me why I'm wrong or STFU.

Gamboa never lost to Salido. Loma also doesn’t like physicality. Gamboa would put hands all over him. Probably knocks him down multiple times. If Linares could land 2,3,4 punch combinations and floor Loma, so could Gamboa at 126 for sure. You fanboys need to come back down to earth with this guy.

Not triggered at all. Tell me why I'm wrong, you can't because Gamboa would get spanked by Loma.
