Hey I'm a 13 year old soon to be boxer and I need some help on how I should start. I'm 5ft 8

I'm getting some equipment soon, like a 60lb heavy bag, some jump rope, hand wraps and boxing gloves.

I was wondering if anyone knew a good workout for the week that would be suitable for me as a beginner. I'm sorta familiar with good nutrition and basics so I'm good with that.

I dont plan on going competitive, I just want to do the sport and I dont have a trainer yet but I'm planning to join a UFC gym nearby.

The best advice I can give you: don't work alone. You may get condition but technique (offensive and defensive), accuracy and timing can only be improved if you have some coach or training partner that corrects you. The little details that make huge differences in your performance, even more if you are new in this sport.
