there are some juicy match ups, with plenty of showmen to keep it exciting. pretty stacked with guys that dont lose. says a lot about the popularity of boxing in this new media era that all these guys found enough competition to build up these undefeated records. lot of participation.
As a Puerto Rican Verdejo has been a disappointment. I think Shaku Stevensen will end up being the cream of the crop.
Arum really tried to push that kid to the top. He was not ready I guess. It's something about those Caribbean fighters and staying in the islands and not moving that ****s their careers up.
Immaturity. Hes a tremendous talent but i think he damaged his development and he may not become what he couldve been and to make things worse hes in a weightclass filled with killers.
I feel like we will see a lot of good fights. These guys seem hungry for big fights and many are with the same promotional outfit. (Although obviously I hope for cross promotion fights too)
