Hagler doesn't count as the guy is 160lbs. Say Benitez instead.

Benitez would beat Pac. Oscar-Benitez would be pretty even.
    Benitez would beat Mayweather.

Hearns would beat then all with the most ease.

Mayweather-Duran is 50:50, leaning a little more towards Mayweather on a SD.

If lightweight and super featherweights Mayweather, Mosley, De La Hoya and even Pacquiao can get welterweights Leonard, Hearns, Duran. and middleweight Hagler to come down they'd all have an advantage.
Of the more curent group. I can only see De La Hoya and Mayweather ever fighting as middleweights. Despite all his acomplishments De La Hoya was never really a middleweight. I think Hagler would beat him. Mayweather/Hagler is more intresting. Hagler can box and mix it up. If he boxes I think he wins. If he mixes it up. I think Mayweather takes advantage.
Welterweight fights in order of intrest to me.
    1. Mayweather/Leonard: Who can impose his will on the other guy? Whoever can do this will win. Leonard has the advantage in size and youth. This can also be a factor. Experance and guile favor Mayweather.
2a De La Hoya/Leonard. I think De La Hoya gets a bit overlooked sometimes. I don't think he's as good as Leonard though. I think were looking at 8-4/7-5 cards for Leonard.
2b. Mosley/Hearns. This bout combines outstanding boxing abilities from both with the real posibility of a knockout by either Mosely or Hearns.
    3. Mayweather/Hearns. Can Mayweather's cleverness beat Hearns size and skills? I wouldn't pick against Hearns at welterweight.
    4. Mosley/Leonard. Both have great skills, neather is really a "boxer". I think Leonard is better and it will show. Simmilar to De La Hoya/Leonard.
    5. De La Hoya/Hearns. I think we are likely to see a decision win for Herarns.
    6. Pacquiao/Duran. Battle of the overrated. Duran is better than Pacquiao and wins.
7.Mayweather, Mosley and De La Hoya/Duran. They all beat Duran and have little trubble doing so.
