Morales was not shot in that fight, and he was not shot in the rematch either.

The only fight where Morales was clearly shot is the rubbermatch

I'm sure this guy picked Morales to beat Pacquiao in the second fight and maybe even the third.

And like Chert said Pac was not yet accustomed to the weight. We all saw how Pac dominated Morales in the rematch

raheem dominated an overweight morales by running around. morales clearly doesn't prepared well for this fight and raheem's style makes it worst. if raheem dominated morales and he was that shot, why didn't he ko'ed him?

floyd really is untested by a great fighter at 130. we can argue that he dominated most of the contenders during his time including an undefeated coralles who really looks good on paper but we all know that coralles is not as great now as he is then. bottom line is, this ain't no cakewalk for floyd. here, he would be tested by an atg fighter like himself with more heart and determination than his other opponents at 130 have ever showned.

Funny how someone resorted to hating when he can't win argument :rofl:rofl

PBF lost to Castillo and to a shot Hoyo too. The guy should have 2 losses already :rofl:rofl

You may wanna add, Morales arguably lost to a B- fighters Guty Espadas and In Jin Chi. Pacman won to against an overatted mexican :rofl

Mayweather is a better boxer than anyone that Pac has ever faced ... and is a better boxer than Pac.

Despite what people say about Pac being fast and powerful, you guys can't forget that Pacquiao can't box.

Pacquiao wouldn't be able to hit Mayweather and with Mayweather superior skill - he would outclass Pac and by the second half of the fight ... the ref would be looking to stop the fight.

Pac is very hittable ... only has the left hand ... poor balance ... lacks footspeed and latteral movement.

Floyd would expose all of Pacquiao's flaws en route to a brutal stoppage.

raheem fought a shot luisito espinosa. he koe'd him easily at mid rounds even if you said that he has no power. now you said that raheem fought a shot morales. why didn't he ko'ed him even during the late rounds?

the point is, morales seems to be not prepared for this fight than any other reasons. the main reason is being overweight for this fight. raheem's style just makes it worse for morales.

well, no surprises here. you're looking through JMMoron glassses anyway so that's expected.

no question that jmm is technically the better boxer but pac certainly is the better fighter over-all and that's why the records show that he's 1-0-1 against marquez. :deal boxing is not all about skill and technicalities. there are also other attributes such as power, speed, chin, aggression and desire. unfortunately for jmm, pac is better than him in these areas.

i'll tell you why. because morales is not shot and he was only ill-prepared and stylistically disadvantaged against raheem.

morales moving up to fight raheem at 135 was still overweight at around 136~137. this tells you the amount of preparation morales has logged for this fight.

I wish Morales wouldve stayed at Lightweight ... i'm sure he couldve taken a title from one of those title holders.

I think he couldve beaten Juan Diaz ...

hmm... and that "******ed kid" is currently already a 4-weight and 3-time linear champ as well as the consensus #2 p4p fighter in the world today.

does that mean that pbf being the #1 p4p is so much superior to all fighters in boxing today? i don't know. what do you ppl think? :hey

Raheem ... I think that he shouldve stayed at LW after that fight and he couldve met Pac at lightweight ... i'm sure that he couldve fought Jesus Chavez again ... Juan Diaz ... or Acelino Frietas.

I think Morales couldve won against either of the guys with the right preparation.

I think that Morales' jab was the best that i'd seen ....
