    Kambosos
    Lomachenko
    Haney
    Lopez
    Garcia

Not ranking Davis because I have no idea what the hell his weight class is.

tbh i dont have a probelem with kambosos up top since he is the unified champ. But i cant see haney > lopez. Lopez would destroy that class chin like its china vase with baseball bat.

Although I favor Loma over Kambosos, you really have to rank George first because he’s the guy with all the straps. The other rankings are fair. Tank and Haney are probably 50/50 against each other but Haney has the better resume at 135 so he deserves a higher ranking.

Garcia has a better resume at 135 than Tank but has been on the shelf for a while so his ranking is as high as it should be. The Teo fight and the Loma/Teo fight show these rankings aren’t carved in stone. We can argue a slot change here or there but I’d prefer to just see these guys determine who is best IN THE RING, not on social media or by arguing on boxing websites. Like him or not, Loma has shown he will fight anyone. I hope the young guns do the same and not give us another Crawford/Spence situation or string boxing fans along like Wilder did for so long. His cherry pick gone wrong selection of Fury was a win for boxing and I’ll always be thankful to Wilder for that, even if his original intention was to fight a compromised version of Fury.

Don’t sleep on Lopez. He says he’s moving to 140 but if he gets KOd against a top 140lb guy, he could be back to LW. He’s probably the best young guy, assuming he can show disciplin, in the group. I’d take him over Tank or Haney (or Ryan) and he’d probably be the betting favorite against Kambosos if they rematched. Teo doesn’t deserve an immediate rematch and I hope he doesn’t get it but hypothetically, if he fought George in March, he’d probably be a heavy favorite.

I’m a fan of boxing, not boxing hype and guys who are marketing creations. A loss is not the worse thing that can happen. Nearly all the greats had several losses, at least all my favorites did. Guys trying to be crafty with matchmaking and cherry picking should not be rewarded with glory. Boxing needs more guys like Usyk and less like Tank Davis.

Don’t see how Loma can be rated in the top 2 after Teo beat him with ease.

TEO didn’t seem at ease when loma was using his head like a ping pong ball from rounds 6-11…

Loma has lost twice as far as I am aware because he still has Salido problems.

I never said loma didn’t lose twice. But TEO surely didn’t win with ease. I won’t entertain the salido loss, because if you watched it you would know what’s wrong with that fight. Either way loma’s entire body of work is still miles ahead of Haney and Davis’.

I watched the fight on the night love seen it several times subsequently and every time it looks a pretty comfortable win for Teo and Loma was genuinely fearful of his power.

If he attacks with those windmilllers like he did against Kambosos, he’ll get his face smashed in and both his eyes swelled before he finds home for a big punch.

1 Kambosos - kind of an unknown how he will deal with other top fighters, but he beat the consensus #1 guy legit
2-3 teo or loma. I can see the argument for either at 2, but i would rank Teo 2 based off the Loma and Commey wins.
4-5 Tank/Haney. Put them in whatever order. I wish Tank would pick a weight class. Haney looks like he should move up to Jr Welter. Both should fight someone on this list.

I refuse to rank Davis over the others as long as Floyd protects him. Everybody is fighting solid competition except Tank, who has to dig up, limited opponents for showcase fights and still has issue shining.
