But its not just the 135 form Im basing this opinion on. Mosley showed speed, strength and longevity at the higher weights. Even though argueably he was to "small" compared to other top welters and jnr middles of the day. Most people believe he was at his best at lightweight, where his physical style had the most impact. Its not to far fetched to say that if he was that competitive at the higher weights, that the physical gifts would and did have a greater impact at lightweight. I dont think Mayweather dominated the 2nd Castillo fight by any means. If anything I would say thats evidence that Sugar could take Mayweather. The score cards were close and most people had it that way. Dont get me wrong though it was just about as clear a 115-113 win can be but words like "easily" dont come to mind when I think of Mayweather's win in the 2nd fight. Because boxing can often be a game of inches, Mosley is better than Castillo, he is that much faster and more fluid and he was a huge lightweight. All those attributes together I think turn the close fights that Mayweather had against Castillo into a clear win for Shane. But obviously you arent going to be swayed. Thats cool though, its a debatable fight, I do think Mayweather is superior in several aspects and probably is the better fighter but just not at lightweight against a fighter like Mosley.
