pac is a warrior, a true fighter but if this fight takes place money picks him apart easy, but they must make this fight 4 every fight fan out there,we av been deprivated of a mega fight 4 so long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Common sense applies in this situation. You still haven't even named 1 PED possible he could take and get away with. Until you do, you're just another cheer leader with a floyd pom pom.
there is a limit to what floyd can get. floyd also said 60-40 but that doesn't mean that pac will concede that. as it is, 50-50 and a 14 days cut-off is quite fair especially since it was floyd's first term.
Floyd has a contract and a deadline, if he either A) doesn't get the cut off removed or B) says no with it in there, he is the biggest coward in the history of prize fighting.
So a baseball player hits 20 homers and asks for a 5 year deal for 30 million which the team denies, so they agree on a 1 year deal for 4 million. He hits 35 the next year. Should he accept the 5 year 30 million deal that he proposed earlier?
If you're trying to justify a 14 window being worthy of this fight being called off, you are severely ******ed.
People keep saying "Floyd asked for it last time" yet they conveniently don't say that Pac denied it last time when he had the little bit extra leverage. 55/45 with 14 day cutoff sounds very reasonable to me and Floyd should accept.
Didn't you just say "who gives a **** about the money?" Why would it matter to you who got what cut? You're not negotiating for floyd. You are a fan. Stop pretending like there is any reasonable opposition to this fight being held at 50/50.
No you make a perfect point. If a guys says I won't come to dinner if you serve liver. Then you say, "He is scared to come and dinner." All the while never telling anyone you are once again serving liver. Yeah he is scared.
So where is floyd's version of the contract with it not in there? Where is the negotiating? Why hasn't he said 1 word about it to anyone? Is he offended? Is he crying? Is he not worried about the fight? Does he not care about fighting pac? Is he gonna retire? What the **** is a valid excuse for just letting the deadline go while turning off all your phones/email/text messaging???? "I don't wanna talk about it!!! wahhhh!!!!"
I'm trying to look at things from their perspective. 55/45 is what is being speculated on by that *** who posted at the scene with a 14 day cutoff. I think that's a great deal for Mayweather and he should accept. I also believe that 50/50 with no cutoff is a reasonable deal for Floyd. I don't care what they decide as long as they agree. Sensitive sally, go pour yourself a screwdriver and relax.
Yeah the same common sense that applies to the US Olympic boxing program? Or the World amature boxing program? Or the entire Olympics? Um... Common Sense is saying something... it is just too bad you don't speak its language. I am not a pharmacist Luke. Unlike you, I don't pretend to be something I am not.
floyd was the one who offered this 14 days in the first place. in your analogy, a much better scenario is the baseball player asked for the 5 year-30M deal but was denied. but later he has a bit more leverage he can get what he wants the first time and the team manager will concede like what pac has done to get his services. of course the baseball player can move along if he is not happy with his original term and find another team who is willing to give in to his new demand. but in boxing is not baseball. he could be labelled a ducker or coward if walks out of a direct challenge from his rival without fighting him even once. also pac is not the manager here, he is also a player. and pac can only give as much as he thinks it is possible for the fight to get made. 14 days is quite a concession for pacquiao as it is.
Dude, I am not sensitive, I just don't like to see a guy like you setting up cushions for when the no fight blow comes. Floyd not accepting 50/50 to make this mega fight happen is disgraceful.
