    What is going on is to have ENOUGH testing times to set baselines. If you test ENOUGH times close enough to the fight not only will you DECREASE the chance that the fighter can cheat you will also know the fighters blood composition. So if a guy has a hemocrit count of X and testosterone level of Y and HGH level of Z, that ish better be within parameters come the last test and post fight.

    I don't understand this point of view. Who cares if it has never been done before, it's not an unreasonable demand. Manny just has to take a simple blood test and that's it. Why does he have such a problem with it unless he has something to hide. Unless the tests will effect Manny's performance I can't believe he would be willing to throw away so much money for something that is so simple like a blood test.

    Manny wanted 30 day cut off at first
    Floyd wanted 1 day cut off..

    new proposal was 14 day cut off...i think that's meeting in the middle..

    but to arum and pacquiao its not fair...
