with talks of katsidis moving up to fight khan, also talk of berto moving down to 140 division, how will this upset the apple cart. rank the following, this is my order

    1. Berto
    2. Bradley
    3. Alexander
    4/5. khan/katsidis
    6. Maidana

Katsidis can't beat quality 135 fighters, he is a joke at 140. Berto barely makes 147 with his lazy fat ass, no way he is making 140.

he wants to unify a division. with 2 major players in pacquiao and mayweather at 147lbs makes that task impossible for him. so he got 2 choices move up or move down. he stands the better chance down there than he does against paul williams, cotto, foreman, martinez.
hes talked about it he'll just have to get in better shape.

140 is set to be fun providing evryone dosent decide to go up to 147. There are some nice younger guys like Ortiz and Garcia who look promasing also talk of Figueroa coming up to 140, should be exiting.

I SERIOUSLY doubt Berto could make it down to 147. I'm not sure what it is that makes him even consider it, let alone think he can pull it off. However, IF it somehow happened....I'd agree with your ranking to a tee (not so much with Katsidis at 140 though). Also, people were fools for writing off Khan, as well as Ortiz, who shouldn't have been written off, or forgotten, either.

Almost looking as good as it did when it was boxing's most elite weight class 8 or 10 years ago. They're almost up there with the 168 and 147 (maybe even actually deeper than 147) weight classes, which are DEEP!

Berto's kinda thick to be fighting at 140lbs.

If he wanted to fight at 147 and be great (Berto) he could still fight Cotto, Clottey, Margarito, Paul Williams, rematch Collazo and make that case, but he is scared to fight Margarito and Paul Williams, Duva says they are too big. He was beat by Collazo and won't give the world a rematch that we are waiting for because he know he lost. I don't know why he won't fight Clottey, but I guess he is content fighting blown up 140 fighters and going to the cards on decision wins.

There is far more up north of 147 than there is south. Cotto Vs Berto would be huge and would likely be ppv.

they'd both bring more excitement to 140lbs I think. katsidis has nothing to lose and Berto would probably look to clean house and be unified champ at 140. would love to see how he handles Bradley, Alexander, or Khan. Berto very strong even for a welterweight.

I honestly don't even think it's an option for him. He's kidding himself.

Can't see Katsidis seriously competing at 140, Berto would be interesting though.

Katsidis has a fight with the winner of JMM/Diaz to look forward to, so he can be the man at 135, it makes no sense for him to go up to 140 to fight Khan.

If Berto were able to get to 140, he would be so weakend he wouldn't be competition to anyone.
