I strongly disagree again, with every part of your post. I wouldn't favour Jacobs over DeGale or Jack, but he'd be a very live dog against both with his superior speed and athleticism, superior power in both hands and far superior conditioning(to DeGale). I'm not even convinced that DeGale is a superior talent to BJS or even CEJ, who's now by far the weakest #1 guy in any of the divisions now that Jack has moved up.

And the probabilty of Brook being the 2nd best is beyond delusion and the very definition of fanboyism. If we're solely judging his ability based on his losing efforts to GGG, then Kassim Ouma>>>Kell Brook.

Eubank has moved up to 168
BJS is looking at fights at 168 check Adam Booth's latest interview

Ramirez would be the 2nd best at 160 if he fought there
Groves would be the 2nd best at 160 if he fought there

Kell Brook is an elite fighter, probably the best at 147 who's not Pac or PBF. He controlled the distance and outboxed GGG for the first 3 rounds of the fight before he was outmatched physically.

For the record I think GGG vs Jack or DeGale would be close fights.

DeGale hasn't impressed against the top fighters at SMW. He struggled against Bute, whom Froch obliterated, and only managed a draw against Jack.

Though, if DeGale hadn't been knocked down in the last round against Jack, he probably would have won a UD.

If those two knuckleheads really move up for good, then you might have a point(though they were still talking about possible future fights at 160 and in that case, you'd have to add Jermall Charlo to MW roster as well who's a superior talent to both DeGale and Jack).

You might be right about Brook, we'll see. But I disagree about his losing efforts to GGG. I only gave him 1 round, 3G had the better jab, better command of range and better footwork, Brook had better combinations and better upperbody movement(figures since he's the smaller and faster guy) and he had his moments when he stopped tying to box from the outside and stood on GGG's ass and countered him on the inside. But that performance doesn't make him a likely #2 guy in the division. Kassim Ouma did have more success than him, whether you like it or not.

I think GGG vs Jack would be a close fight as well, but not DeGale.

Postol was the flavor of the month here on ESB for a good few months.

Hmm. Looks like everybody changed their tune on him pretty quick for some reason.

Postol, Broner, and Troyanovsky seem pretty good.
