Goes about 1 round, Ray robinson paws with the jab and the first punch that lands puts Broner to sleep

I say around the 30-40 second mark

I think he'd KO Broner when they touch gloves.

Well guys such as NeckBreknAiekn and Sufan4eva13 come across as quite young because they are not only fans of Broner as a boxer but as a person :-(

The others are probably just poll running trolls.

    This.

We are talking about PROBABLY the greatest fighter who ever lived, and some no account knobhead called Broner.

Threads don't get much more stupid than this one.:nono

Since we're using the ol' time machine in this thread, Broner beats Robinson and then moves up in weight to beat Marvin Hagler. Then he moves up in weight again and beats Ezzard Charles. Broner is the GOAT. :nut:nut:nut:nut:nut

    :rofl:rofl:rofl

Seriously though, he's getting wrecked as soon as he steps up. Fighting Malignaggi was not "stepping up."

It's crazy to mention this kind of hypothetical matchup. Broner has a lot of work to do and a lot more to learn in the boxing game before people start to hypothesize how he'd do against fighters in the past, especially ATG's.

Ray Robinson at Weltwerweight was the greatest fighter ever. At THAT division, he was an offensive virtuoso.

If Broner made it to the second round here then I'd be impressed. He has absolutely no advantage in any area in this fight - not height, reach, speed, power, defense, chin or any other positive area you can come up with.

I don't think anything Paulie threw bothered Broner......but I cant think of one real name that Paulie has faced who were bothered by his punches. Paulie fought the way he always does due to lack of punching power and problems with his hands. I figured the fight play out exactly the way it did. Quality vs Quantity. ......efficiency vs work-rate....ect. Paulie was big enough' fast enough and busy enough to win 5 rounds on my card.

In my opinion Broner accomplished a huge feat. Although he didn't dominate like the expectations would have liked......he did jump up 2 divisions and faced a good, proven welterweight champion. Very good win for the kid. He made an ass out of himself, but we now all expect it from him. If he keeps winning he can make a fool out of himself all he wants.
