I'd favour Pacquiao to beat Margarito at Welter. Margo has been inactive for nearly a year, so is rusty. Pacman would be too fast for him. He would not just come forward & slug it out with Antonio. Margarito would be hit so much he would think he's sorrounded!

I'm sceptical if Paul Williams can make 147lbs, but if he can & still be strong & maintain his workrate, I'd say he beats Pacquiao at Welter, but Williams is clearly not a Welter & he would be weight drained if he got to 147lbs, that's very clear!

Mayweather will beat Pacquiao come March 13th. If it does not happen & Manny wins, then Pacquiao is the best fighter I've ever witnessed!
