    Probably Boxrec only rates the Top 10 P4P in their Elite Fighters. Less Fighters that Era means to be elite, you need to be in the Top 10.
    Unlike today were Top 100 is considered Elite as per their algorithm

    Are we taking into consideration of Prime or Close to? in that case that list would need to be re done

    Bert Sugar was a lot more efficient than most then & especially todays stable of know it alls, believe that.
