    Wrong, it can matter. ANYTHING can happen in the ring, and the longer the match, the greater the chance for ANYTHING to happen.

    I prefer 15, and see no reason why boxing can't go 15 on title unification matches to help our beloved sport define a champion.

    Almost UD in favour of 15. What else did you expect? This is the Classic Forum, after all.

    Me, I am all for 15 rounds. After all, I post only at the Classic Forum. Again, what else did you expect?

    A change of 20% fight duration is not signicificant. This is the same as forcing a 1500metres runner to run 1200metres, do you think they are going to be any less drained after a 1200metre flat out run? Do you think they won't go at a faster pace knowing they have less time to fight in?

    15rounds isnt happening ever and only the most naive would see it as a possibility

    This shouldnt even be up for debate, what decent boxing fan doesnt want to see an extra 3 rds & less contraversial decisions ?

    15 rds over 12 rds any day of the week... bring back the 15 NOW 1
