I was reading in the classic forum were the head of the new jersy boxing hall of fame said around 1500 boxers have been killed participating in the game over the years.Makes you wonder about the sport and its benifits.is boxing good for a young person to become involved with.I still like watching boxing but what does this say about me
over what years? how many children have drowned in pools this year? hundreds. To answer your question, you're a *****.
Henry Hascup is getting way too political, these days. That number is meaningless - he may as well have said that forty quadrillion soccer players have broken their legs in the history of mankind. edit: 1) You're not irrational or sadistic for being a boxing fan. I can't vouch for how rational you may be, as a person, though. 2) You got that response because it's a troll topic and you posed it in a troll-ish way. It doesn't mean you are one, just that you come across that way.
Sorry I did not mean to be a troll i just thought it was a lot of dead boxers that were worth a mention. The figure might be way overstated.Im not Mr hascup
herez the thing would i want my son in boxing ? well before i tell you that spanky let me tell you that im kinda baised because i waz into boxing for over ten yearz on the amateur scene and in the end i got out because i hated the headachez and my jaw waz getting really messed up for eating and such so for that reason i would say NO ****ing way but that dont change the truth that i dont regret boxing for the 10 plus yearz i got my head kicked in for i could shyte 1500 boxerz out my colon you hear me why i outta stick 1500 boxerz straight up your ass plus the only reason there arent more is because people arent trying hard enough these dayz <<< runz outta thread to kill 15000 golferz to tilt the scalez
I dunno people box because they want too, looking at these statistics will only make your head sour, me box? NO ****ING WAY, but to each their own.
No worries - I wasn't calling you one... just giving fair warning of the response you'll get, if this thread catches fire. Was there any source link in the original thread? I'd like to see if the guy was merely being a *****, or if he was being a ***** with something real to say. With A-Rod's brother dying in hospital, there's sure to be a lot of half-assed reporting on death in the ring coming up. You're definitely going to see a lot more bs numbers, like that. If you have a corner that watches out for you and gets acquainted with the local fight doctors, there's very little to worry about. Compare it to, say, the NFL and most boxing commissions come off looking pretty good. The commission in Texas is pretty awful, though.
you certainly seem to sound like mr hascup smallstepz you sure because alot of us used to really love and admire mr hascup if your him i give you my word i can get you into the ESB poster protection program
