Blatant troll post. He's fighting a guy who's biggest win is tye fields, the same tye fields who got done in a round by monte barrett the same tye fields who was blitzed in a round by a 2 fight novice when he was in something like his 20th fight. The same tye fields who was ko'd in a round by mike perez.
Still, Wach has more of a chance to win with wlad than haye or chambers, especially thet he will be in his best shape ever for that fight. Mariusz has also amateurs wins over david price, martin rogan or roman kapitanenko, sparred in germany with guys like boytsov and in an interview he said he did very good in those sparrings. As I said, he was in way worse shape then than he will be for a fight with wlad.
Cool, Tony Zale vs Billy Pryor had an attendance of 136,000 I cannot even imagine what that must be like to have a fight with that many people cheering you on.
A more experienced opponent should have been chosen. Wach should have earned his shot by beating someone in the Top 20. Whoever said Wach has a better chance then Chambers or Haye did is :hat
Guys like Wach or Valuev will always be more dangerous for Wlad than guys like chambers or haye who come scared to the fight and just hope to not get knocked out.
The absurdity of this view will be abundantly clear to you on fight night. The speed and skills of Chambers and Haye dwarf Wach's. Valuev in his prime might have been somewhat tricky for Wlad, I'll give you that. But still too slow to be a serious threat.
Sure, their speed dwarf sanders's, brewster's or peter's speed aswell though they were nowhere close winning with wlad as those 3 mentioned. You saw tony thompson-Wlad I? He gave more problems for wlad than haye and chambers together. Don't tell me thompson at 247 was as fast as haye or chambers. Thompson was tall with good reach, decent speed and decent skills and that's about it. Look on thompson's resume his top 3 wins look almost as poor as Wach's.
...or anywhere not too close to home? Get over to the ****ing States and stop banking on hometown judges/decisions.
JCC - Greg Haughan had 132,000 there, I believe, but it was open air, Stadio Azteca (my Mexican isn't that good, spellings?).
Because in Europe Soccer (football) is king, boxing is one of the many many little princes running around. It don't matter how big you get, how popular you get as a boxer in Europe you will always be 2nd fiddle to footballers. It is what it is. They need the stadium this time so O2 here you go.
