I read through the study and it's mostly bollocks. The method of measuring the power in a punch is questionable, and I couldn't find any of the fighters involved to see if they scored any knockouts since. The only thing in that program which will increase power, is getting stronger at the squat, deadlift and maybe the bench. The stuff with tubes and medicine balls won't do much for anyone outside of the disabled and elderly who need to improve mobility. Improving power is far from impossible, but you don't do it like that.
You either got it or you ain't I got it WOO HOOO Then you run into someone with more skill and you get battered. Focus on footwork, defence and the art of boxing. Don't focus on traits like power that you don't control. Only suckers chase something that isn't there.
