Heavyweight division is ten times stronger than 160. And 168 easily has more elite talent than 160. If 168 is so weak why doesn't GGG move up?

Pretty precipitous drop-off after the first 4 or so. GGG, Canelo, Jacobs and BJS are fine. Quillen's been inactive and might move up. Lee's been inactive since his loss to Saunders, Stevens and Lemieux are fun but not exactly elite and CEJ seems content to feast upon domestic level fighters.

Khurtsidze, Murata, Derevyenchenko, and Sulecki are worth watching, though.

No It's not. Daniel Jacobs who doesn't even hold a real title @ 160 is a more Complete Fighter than most top HW contenders.

GGG doesn't move Up to 168 because there's nothing to Chase there. But if 168 has more elite talent than 160, then how come Fedor Chudinov is a top5 in there while his equally mediocre brother Dmitry is a non-factor @ 160? How the hell did washed up Bute had razor Close fights with The #1 and #2 guys of the division?

thats a pretty fair take for the most part...but i think calling canelo a bonafied member of that division is a major stretch...0 wins/fight at the full limit....fighting cotto and khan with the mw title at catchweights hardly makes someone a legit mw

Nothing to chase at 168? Errrr, how about Degale, Jack, Ramirez, even Dirrell who beat GGG in the AMs and Groves who easily beat his best win. These guys are miles ahead of anyone Golovkins beaten. And trying to make the argument that 160 is stronger than HW is beyond laughable. Jacobs? The guy that went life and death with past ptimr Mora? Sorry but you got no idea what you're talking about.

dirrell, who is a shell of his former prime super6 self, is still a better test than prob anyone in the 160 division......degale is a tough fight....

the prob is they know what guys like degale and dirrell bring to the table...and they dont want any of that....thats why one week loeffler is floating their names and then the next week ggg is saying he belongs at 160......they like to use the names of interesting fighters and then act like those fights couldnt get made and fight who they want

Every division that doesn't have young, undefeated American fighters is weak.

154,160 and 168 are very weak divisions currently,no need to say anything more than that.Just check the champions in those divisions, its sad.

You can not compare supposed skill sets when comparing divisions. Speed and power heavyweights utterly **** on all of the other divisions. Cruiserweight is full of beasts but not one of them would make the heavy top 10, so what does that tell you?

160 is easily one of the weakest divisions especially considering a guy like Cotto who is a natural 140lber and shop worn and on a losing streak can rule with an iron fist destroying GGGs best win with ease.

DeGale, Jack and Ramirez are on par with Saunders, Jacobs, Canelo(who Said he'll fight @160 next) and Eubank, skillwise. If Ward was still around @168, noone would give a **** about those three.

You talk about GGG's loss to Dirrell who's shot now and just went life and death Capparello, why don't you talk about his fight with Bute who just gave the fits to #1 and #2 guys @ 168?

Jacobs got dropped by Mora, did you see the lineal HW champ's fights with Pajkic and Abell?

And as expected, you ducked my question about the Chudinov brothers. SMW division has zero elite talent.

As for HWs, you GGG haters keep going on about Dominic Wade getting a title shot without ever being in a 12 rounder, well neither did Charles Martin before he fought for the IBF title and noone called him a bum. In fact, he was a betting favourite against a supposed top10 heavy. That's how wide open The division is.

Erik Molina is another example. He started being called a top15 HW after he beat a 40 year old, shot to s**** blown Up LHW Adamek. That's like some MW being called a top15 with a Win over Joshua Clottey. Like I Said, The HW division is by far the easiest one to become a top contender.

For the record, I'm a big time HW fan. I can easily make a top30 rankings. I follow many obscure HWs that you never heard of, fighters with 1 or 2 pro fights. If you really believe HW is ten Times better than MW, you don't know s**** about boxing.
