160: Nigel Benn vs Felix Trinidad

Ben wins this one, tito isnt the same force at 160 that he was at welter.

 

Nigel Benn would **** him.

 

Tito was a bit of a slow starter and against Benn who usually came running of the blocks it will be his undoing i think Benn stops him in three but in fights between these kind of punchers its mostly a toss up.

 

Benn, 160 is too heavy for Tito

 

I would even take Benn, Trinidad was not a middleweight.

We know Tito is a class boxer & banger but he'd better pray he gets lucky as he's going to have the **** smashed out of him in 6.

i love trinidad, but benn would be too big and vicious for him at 160. it would be over in 5-7 rounds.

 

Aside from being naturally bigger, stronger, Benn had the kinda of low bobbing, weaving style that would make it difficult for the taller, more rangy Trinidad to land, as he would have to punch down, and with him fighting tall, Benn would most probably find a home for that clubbing right hand.

Would probably be an amazing fight while it lasted but think Benn would be too big and too hard hitting for Trinidad. He was at his best at WW wasn't he?

Tito didnt do much at 160. I mean he looked good KOing Joppy who was an idiot and fought Tito's fight and I mean its joppy. So I have to go with Benn even though I dont know much about him and he was before my time.

 

It's well worth watching the vid above your post fella, and learning a bit about him. The guy was vicious, and a bit of a legend.
