That's basically how I see it. All of the other previous statements made pretty much cover it too. Loughran by close but competitive decision after having to utilise all of his craft and mobility. I could envision Galindez pinching a decision in a series beteween the two though.
Even fight early on, with Loughran taking the lead. tough going late with "El Animal" taking the slight advantage & close split decision win. Razor thin fight with Galindez' late rounds attack being the difference.
