And Toney was too inconsistent at Light-Heavy. His form there doesn't inspire much confidence, though seeing as I've put Dawson in I guess he could've had a place.

All the best are there, the rest are just curios (spelling)

    Andries wouldn't have been bad.

well Dawson fills the gaps, gives Lalonde a route though, and if not it will still be interesting. Get posting on the others nipper:lol::good

I know what you mean, you wait until you go back and read some of the stuff you wrote on the Fitzsimmons and Monzon threads last week:lol::good

Hmm.....not sure what Monzon comments you're referring about, unless you're on about the Jones-Monzon thread. I rate Monzon highly so you won't have me there.

We will just have to disagree on Fitz:good

Pater: Should've put Yaqui Lopez in instead of Dawson. Even Calzaghe would've been a better choice.

Might change it...........you'll have to wait and see I guess (I'm not sure yet to be honest)

Prince Charles Williams would of been a clear favourite to beat Lalonde at the time when both were peaking 87/88...

Williams conqueror, Henry Maske too should be there; he would of been a very warm favourite over Lalonde.

Also if Moorer gets in for being undefeated, where is Erdei, an undefeated fighter with (unlike Moorer), a legit claim to lineage?

    maybe you can add :
Jersey Joe Walcott , Rocky Marciano , Doug Jones

what about Montell Griffin - when peak he was very good.
could have beaten jones through 12 in their first , and i read he wasn't given enough time to warm himself/get ready for their second time.
twice had a close fight with toney.
went the distance with tarver. downed harding but somehow lost the decision.

about James Toney - he was not very good at 175 .
i don't know why but it was his worst weight , and i'm sure he could have still made it without difficulty. the GH and steroids made him so overgrown , while still short , some of the steroids he took also increase apetite and fattenned him.
