    Mayweather v Hatton
    Undefeated
    81-0
    8th December 2007

    MGM Grand, Las Vegas Nevada

There has been a lot of speculation in the press and media about the availability of tickets for this fight.

Tickets will go on sale 17th September

Goldenboy Promotions has confirmed that there will be a large number of tickets for fans travelling from the United Kingdom and Europe for what is likely to be the fight of the year.

Once an allocation of fight tickets for United Kingdom has been agreed with Goldenboy Promotions, a Box office, based in Manchester, will release the tickets on a date to be agreed with Goldenboy Promotions.

Prior to the fight there will be a promotional tour with Mayweather and Hatton. The tour will take in various cities in The United States of America and The United Kingdom.

The public are invited to these events and your support for Ricky will be appreciated.

The UK box office is now in discussion with Golden Boy Promotions, the purpose of these talks is to secure a large allocation of tickets for the UK market.

We are putting in place a booking system, which will give priority to fans that travelled to the past fights in the USA. This system will work on a postal method, where fans will be given the opportunity to download a booking form on-line and return it in the post to “The Hitman” PO Box no.

We still have to decide if a restriction of tickets per person is to be put in place, this will not stop groups of persons applying, we are fully aware from the previous fights that larger groups travelled together.

We are very confident that after allowing a period of time for priority applications, that tickets will be available to others, who did not attend past fights, in the USA.

We hope that you can understand our reasons for putting this method into practice; we are looking to operate a system that gives fair access, to tickets, for all fans.

News letters, detailing the progress, of this operation, will be forwarded to all subscribers, along with the booking form & application procedure details, once completed.

With your co-operation and patience, we are almost 100% certain that we can supply the UK market, with all the tickets required.

Anybody who purchased tickets for previous fights in Vegas, whatever the outlet, ie The Paris, Thomas and Mack, Ticketmaster or UK outlets, will be in a position to purchase from the UK Box Office, when the sale of tickets is approved.

Another comment made was "how do we prove, we had tickets" . If requested, we may ask for a photocopy or travel details, of past purchases, and this may only apply to certain requests that we are not comfortable with.

The sole aim of this operation is to ensure that ultimately ALL fans will be successful in applying via the UK Box Office.

Our request for your cooperation & patience, appears to be working, and is very much appreciated. Hopefully, soon, we will get the news that we are all waiting for, on tickets, allocation and the final application procedure which we are still working on.

    We hope this information helps

    Best regards

Just hope they get a good allocation for tickets, the fans who went before get priority which is definitely fair enough.

Hopefully they still have a good amount left though coz if I don't get a ticket I'll be gutted:|
