So I posted a forum asking how people would feel if manny happened to take a osdt for the marg fight and how fans would react....somehow lil floyds name got brought into it (not suprising) but a lot of these floyd fans say 18 days isn't random, 14 days isn't good enough....but manny actually has agreed to all the way till the fight.....is this enough proof from fat boy from espn "If Floyd Mayweather Jr. won't fight Pacquiao, so be it. It was alleged that he agreed to the tests. Arum's side said they did, Floyd's side said they didn't. Floyd said that negotiations didn't even happen, Arum said they did. So, that's why Floyd fans are saying Manny didn't really agree to test.

Excuses for what? Huh? This has already been stated.. And it has already been stated that Floyd said he fights once a year and Manny refused the testing to fight Floyd this year.
