You're wondering who would win in a boxing match between a Tyson that had a very strong amateur boxing background and was on his way up vs. a Vitali who was still a kick boxer?

    Really?

You're one of those posters who walks the fine line between very dedicated troll and ******. My instincts say ****** though.

Tyson, easily. I still remember seeing all the footage of Tyson training when he was 18. I can't recall seeing any man being so developed at such a young age. He came out of his teens and into his prime while other guys are still getting their fundamentals together at this age.

Not sure if this is a troll thread or not but to be fair to Vitali there aren't many fighters who could give this version of Tyson trouble even in their primes, lets alone when they are still teens.

Not sure if this is a troll thread? Have you not seen the tupperware this guy has been selling for the last few days?

Tyson easily btw. Young Tyson was one of the few complete packages. Such a shame that he pulled a Bowe and surrounded himself with parasites

Well sence reagan extended the cold war till the 90's to keep the klitshckos in the soviet system, if not for that, there would of been peace in the mid 80's

Fear was tyson would get knocked out by vitali, vitali was paid some extra cash and gorby (the soviet president at the time) given his home in beverly hills an a ton of cash to get vitali to switch from boxing to kicking boxing, just so tyson would be hyped......It goes deeper, but to keep it simple, vitali would of dominated for two decades if it was not for reagan,,,

Probably a more interesting question is which one of them would have won in a street fight.

Tyson at that age was physically incredible, and his boxing skills were extremely good.

Vitali on the other hand, was still a bit physically immature, and his kickboxing skills were not at the level of Tyson's boxing skills.

Both of them would have had the instincts of animals. I can't decide who would win a street fight between them at that age.

Off the top of my head cannot think of anyone beating tyson both being 19.

He was a wrecking machine at that age

Tyson in destructive, decisive fashion. As above, nobody at 19 beats the 19 year old Tyson.

19 year old Tyson probably destroys any other 19 year old heavyweight no matter who they were. He was a freak and his physical strength at that age was astonishing.

prime for prime I lean towards vitaly.

but at 19 y.o. I clearly chose Tyson. He burned out relatively early.... but early on he was extremely good.
