Evander fights too matcho to best Marciano over 15 rounds for me.

He has everything that Archie and Ezzard had versus Rocco, sharp punching, good footwork and at cruiser, high workrate. The problem for me is that Rocco's workrate and power would drag Evan Fields into a phone booth fight and when rocked, Evander wouldn't use his stylistic advantages. Plays himself right into Rocco's hands and ends up getting drowned.

I think he survives to the final bell cos Evander's will and chin are ATG, but I see Real Deal being out power punched from rounds 9 onwards and outhustled. Rocco's crouch makes it difficult for Evan to continuously time him punching down and trying to fight fire with fire.
