    Louis of '38 was a much sharper puncher and had improved his defense to become a complete fighter. Dempsey gets his ass handed back to him after Louis tears it apart...... Louis KO 5 Dempsey........

    Louis clearly dealt with swarmers brilliantly.

    Louis to stop Dempsey within 3 brutal back and forth rounds IMO

    I have no idea why Dempsey is getting so many votes. There's no way Louis is losing to this clown. Dempsey would wade in predictably and get repeatedly beaten to the punch by the much faster and more skilled puncher. Louis would smash holes in him and start hitting home runs off his head after the first or second round.

    Whilst I don't quite agree with the underlined part of your post, I agree with the bold part wholeheartedly.
