Page was ko'ing decent fighters in 81 and he'd win this one rest assured. Have a look at the Ward, Monroe, Evangelista and LeDoux fights. Quite scary at times.

As far as the heavys in the 1980's go, none had more overall talent, Dokes included. Tubbs come close as far as boxing ability, but no one else.
Page was a lot more talented, but he was certainly inconsistent enough to lose to Levinsky on the day.
Were Tubbs', Cooney's, Page's, Doke's and Page's addition to blow worse than Baer's addiction to *****? That is the question. And if you are in doubt of who among these I envy the most, it aint even a contest.
