(1966) Muhammad Ali vs (2019) Deontay Wilder

There are hardly americans that win the olympics ,there are hardly americns that are good pros. The soviet union was the olympic dominator since 70s to now but couldnt compete due to communism.
And talking about good footwork when it comes to american fighters is the most ridiculous thing i have heard. A lot of them have very good handspeed and handmovment but footwork was always the problem with all american fighters and the reason why they get so destroyed by russian.

 

Why? The best fighters in history are American (and I'm not)
Most EE footwork is slow and flat to save energy. It's good for a fighter like Wlad or Povetkin but it's definitely not better than Pep or Ali.

Always get destroyed by Russians?

Wlad wasn't KOed by Purity
GGG wasn't beat by Canelo
Kovelev beat by Ward
Valuev wasn't ran insanely close by a 46 year old Holyfield

Russians have very precise footwork that is way more fluent then americans. It is not a good sign of footwork when you could dance around like ali.

You could say that but I would have the reply Ali was past his prime with Parkinson's and won the rematch. Vitali was prime, never had a rematch and was fully fight ready.

Other fighters have gone on injured. Haye went 6 rounds with Bellew with a split Achilles and Abraham fought for 8 rounds with a broken jaw. It can be done, Vitali just quit. And he was winning

Ali had trouble with a left hand, not right. His style was always to slip away from the right hand

Alì is a LEGEND , even if he hadn't a devastating punch with his speed, his superlative technique, his heart, his mind he fought and defeated most of the hardest punchers of the boxing hystory...Foreman, Frazier, Shavers, Lyle, Norton and others. He was magic... he was not only a boxer...he was the perfect fighter...he fought beyond the boxing...against racism... against Parkinson...Wilder is only an hard puncher...his technique is like Clubber Lang's one: left hook, right hook and again and again with some straight hand and some uppercut during his fights. His defence is poor. Ok, he's got a very heavy hand and a good chin but all this would not be enough to win against THE GREATEST. Maybe Tyson in his prime had more chances to win against Alì... but repeat Ali was MAGIC... would have beated everybody.

 

Man just stfu and go watch some rocky thinkin youre tough when in reality thats the biggest gay movie on planet earth.

 

Is there any footage to that fight? Cause everybody keeps mentioning it and i never saw it.
