Also if this fight had taken place in 1967 would the FBI/CIA be on Ali's side? They hated him back then, and they've been involved in Klitschko fights before too. This plot could thicken somewhat I think.

You could be right about all of this. In fact, even when you look at intimidation and counterintelligence, without the FBI/CIA in the equation, I think the KGB would beat the black Muslims.

Absolutely. Having 3 stoppages on your record before you even hit prime now qualifies you to beat the greatest heavyweight ever does it....right. The Klitschko sack-swingers are the biggest nuisance on this site and the sooner their man gets owned (again) the better.

Oh of course I realise one of those stoppages was down to 'trying too hard' and another one was down to diabetes/FBI/little green men :nut

it was suggested that -

- wlad punches much harder than earnie shavers
- wlad has a better chin than holyfield
- wlad would ko frazier inside 2 rounds
- 70s HW ATG were over rated
- Wlad is overall a better boxer than ali

some people just dont have a clue, these same people are campaigning for the klitshkos to take over the world but we all know this cant happen cause like they say the FBI/CSI are conspiring against them.

I think the Wlad fans could be the most delusional, some even rank him in the top 15 of all time Heavyweights. Who the hell has Wlad even fought to get that spot? He has beaten no greats and everytime he gets hit with a solid punch, he either clinches or panics. I personally feel his brother was the better heavyweight, at least he was able to go punch for punch with heavy hitting fighters without getting dropped 3-4 times.

 

i totally agree with you vitali was by far the greater of the two although wlad was technically slightly better vitali hit imo harder his chin was good and he didnt have the stamina issues of wlad, and by god can he recover quickly a week after the lewis fight his face had almost healed completly scary **** after the mess it was in after the fight

 

Ali is the greatest of all time, Wlad isn't even the greatest in his family. No contest.

 

Yeah, I do believe Wlads overall skill level is better, there power is comparable IMO though. Mentally Vitali was ten times stronger, the man beat the dog **** out of Sanders, and at times went punch for punch with him and won, something Wlad is unable to do.

I think its only a matter of time before someone knocks Wlad out again, a couple guys I think can do it is Valuev, Peter, and Chagaev, all 3 stack up pretty well against Wlad IMO.
