You mention an old McCline who dropped Peter three times as a decent win... and refuse to consider a younger McCline, who was the top American prospect coming off wins over Mount Whitaker, Michael Grant, and Shannon Briggs... and Wlad stopped him.:patsch I guess you also fail to remember that the same Byrd who Wlad beat in their second fight, beat McCline... as did Brock. You are calling someone like Brewster not a good win... because he had a 100% healed eye injury... yet you act like a 38 year old Toney who just fought to a split decision with a tomato can, and a 39 year old, inactive and injured Maskaev are top wins against prime fighters?:huh And guys like Barrett (who moved all the way back into the top 5 after Wlad beat him), undefeated Brock, Undefeated Ibragimov, #1 ranked by Ring Mag Byrd, ect... none of those wins are decent. Whatever man. I bet you would be singing a different tune if it was Sam Peter who had those wins.

While I don't think Frazier was as physically strong as a Klitschko, it's hardly fair to take a photo of one guy flexing for the cameras, line it up with one of another guy staring at the camera in a casual stance, and act as though you're making a fair comparison. Something more like this

would make a better point of reference.

Vlad by very brutal knockout. I can see those who believe the extremely prejudiced US Boxing media lies.

No, that's way too simple. This is definitely a media conspiracy.

Well, Vlad is certaintly more durable than Norton and his arsenal is more lethal....Do I think Vlad is Greater than Ali? (hell no) could he give Ali a rough night or beat him? YES.....Can Vlad rise into the ATG status...he has the tools, time will tell

I was really only kidding about Wepner, but my point is that Wlad is one of the most overrated fighters I have ever seen, several people in this thread like to bring up the Clay/Cooper fight. Barring a cut, I think the 195 lb Cooper would cold **** Wlad with one left hook.

Just put Wlad instead of Ali in the pic. Just have his eyes closed as he would be out cold before he hit the canvas.

The Cooper knockdown was more of a result of a prospect getting both cocky and careless, while facing a very experienced veteran. The punch that Cooper decked him with was a very good shot, but the fact that it landed was more fluke than anything else. Furthermore, it certainly could not be used to make a case that Clay couldn't take a punch with what he would later go on to prove against a handful of all time great punchers.

This would be a lot more closer if the poll was Wlad vs Chuck Wepner. Even then Wlad would be a doubt.
