Wlad is in or near his prime at the moment.

He has proved to be near unbeatable since his Brewster loss. That one is still a bit of a mystery to me, but I think he had a stamina issue of some sort there and ran out of steam, just like he did against Purity.

However, the Sanders loss inflicted a bigger damage on the man. It shook his confidence and forever changed the way he fights. He is now a bit nervous around big punchers. However, he has found a way to overcome this by being very cautious.

The pre-Sanders Wlad would have stopped Haye inside two or three. The current version takes longer, but gets the job done nonetheless. His skills have continued to improve and his jab is the best in the HW business and one of the best ever.

With his size and the current competition, he can beat everybody using just that jab if he chooses.

I wouldn't term him unbeatable. Often, someone comes out of the woodwork rather suddenly (Ali, Foreman) and unseats a seemingly invincible champ.

This may happen again, but I don't think there's anyone in the current top ten that has much of a chance against Wlad in the next two or three years.

I expect him to finish up somewhere in the lower half of the top 10.

I think Ali stops him to be honest.

Ali was just too fast. He never really had a problem overcoming length and reach either. Don't see how Klitschko lands well enough on him to win.

Yeah, I can see Ali struggling with the likes of Povetkin, or Arreola or Stiverne.
He would certainly have had his work cut out against Eddie Chambers and Tony Thomson.

And God knows how he would have faced Tomas Adamek.

Before you tie yourself up in knots here, lad, would you care to list which of the names I mentioned in the current top ten bunch would trouble Ali ?

Since we might be on a new page, I'll mention them again.

Against my better judgement, I thought I'd give you a chance.

But look at what you've typed?

Wlad would have knocked Frazier out in one round?

There's no point taking this any further.

Lennox Lewis will beat the **** out of Wlad like he did Wlad's big brother Vitali.
Vitali and wlad does not got the skin to compete with Lewis. They never did and never will.

One extreme of idiot to another.

Vitali did in fact compete with Lewis.

One of the better bouts of recent times.

Lost on cuts stoppage (TKO 6), but was holding his own nicely at the time (4-2).

Lennox wisely declined a rematch and retired.

It's insane to even be having this discussion. Ali would knock Wlad out in the early rounds. Wlad is too slow and mechanical. Ali always destroyed guys like that.

You'll go far on here, paper.

Just 4 posts and you can really hold your own.

(You probably do a lot of that, I'm guessing.)
