it is the most absurd crappy **** excuse i did listen ever.. i was on roids also when he faced foreman it is because he weighed 210 pounds
Yes but you don't have any context to why I said what I said. I said it in response to a poster who said Tyson would beat Foreman after first suffering a knock down, which to me is very unlikely. And as you rightly pointed out, few who do get knocked out get up and beat their opponent, especially if Foreman is the guy knocking you down.
Did he bring some kind of measuring equipment with him in the ring? The only thing he could feel would be which punch hurt him worse, Tyson's or Foreman's. But that has no direct correlation with one-punch power.
Frazier, Norton and Lyle all got up. but yes i see your point, apologies for jumping the gun a little:good
Pretty much any elite top 10 heavyweight is going to finish off a fighter if he has him hurt, particularly Tyson, Lewis, and Foreman. As for jumping the gun, no worries.
yes, the 91 version was younger, better, more aggressive, more dinamic, athletic, stronger, better combinaion puncher, he was mentally stronger and took a better shot. in 1996 evander had problems of heart not in 1991 , he wa snot even bigger in 96, he weighed 215 in 1996 and 210 in 1990, 5 pounds? haha he was in much betetr shape and much greater fighter in 1991
You may listen to anyone you want, it'll remain a subjective opinion. Put yourself in Holyfield's place, how would you measure who hit the hardest? By what you felt, who's punches hurt you most. And that's not representative of punching power per se.
Ah yes, what you feel, what hurts you the most, what MOVES you the most, is a good indication of punching power. Effect is also influenced by volume of punches, combinations, speed (whether you see it coming), snap (mostly atranslates to power). But whatan individual blow feels like, considering where you were hit & even when prepared (where it might shock you more) makes a big difference. Holyfield said George hit him so hard he thought he knocked out all his teeth. This was 42 year old Foreman.
What's the big deal about who had more one-punch anyway? I personally think it's Foreman but I don't really much care one way or the other.
Probably one of the greatest fights ever for as long as it lasts... which I think would be about 5 or 5 rounds at most. I like Foreman
Ah what is the big deal about any of this? It is just fun to speculate, power is exciting, & one element of interest & makes a difference in effect/outcome like many things.
