The recent thread on Sugar Ray Leonard's resume has me wondering...who wins these matchups? Fighters are listed and paired off in order of their Ring Magazine rankings.

    Carlos Palomino v Floyd Mayweather
    Pete Ranzany v. Tim Bradley
    Clyde Gray v. JM Marquez
    Pipino Cuevas v. Manny Pacquiao
    John Stracey v. Kell Brook
    Armando Muniz v. Robert Guerrero
    Angel Espada v. Shawn Porter
    Johnnyu Gant v.Keith Thurman
    Randy Shields v. Paul Malignaggi
    Miguel Barreto v.Marcos Maidana
    Melvin Dennis v. Adrien Broner

I must say I think I would pick a near shutout by 2013.

The weak links being Malignaggi and Broner because one was shot and one was ****.

I could see the 2013 lineup almost sweeping but I would expect Guerrero to lose to Mando Muniz.

Give me a prime Cuevas over a past-prime Pacquiao, Espada over Porter who is absurdly sloppy and vulnerable to a good technician, and Muniz to clearly beat a decidedly average Guerrero.

The only one I'm undecided on was Gant and Thurman. Gant was a very nice boxer, but I do like the way Thurman works the body. The rest were no-brainer's to me.

I really can't see Cuevas beating Pacquiao.

Tough call. Cuevas was just about entering his prime and Pacquiao was past his. I'd might feel more confident with 2009-2011 Pacquiao.

I had it 6-5 for '76, but I can really see a couple going either way. I also know a bit more about where in their primes the guys in 2013 was, so my decision making was partially taking one side at their best, and taking a few from the other side while on the decline.

I could really be persuaded to pick Pac over Pineapple and Marquez over Clyde.

Would Floyd even try to fight Palomino? I'm a Floyd fan just so you guys know.
