In late 77 Briscoe lost to Valdez in a title shot, and Corro took the belt from Valdez 5 months later. Was there ever any talk of a match-up between these 2? Was Briscoe considered for any title shots of had his loss to Valdez put him out of consideration?

How would a fight play out between Corro and Brisco say in August 1978 (Corro beat Ronnie Harris & Briscoe dropped a decision to Hagler)....Is a 35 y/o Briscoe good enough to win a title against Corro or was he always destined to be an almost champion. Who would win and how????

Unfortunately, there is a rule disqualifying Corro from being in any theoretical fights any more. See The Ottke-Corro thread for details.

At 35 years old, Briscoe would get outpointed by Corro in a boring fight over in
Yugoslavia at 2:00 am in the morning.

I posted a Sven Ottke highlight reel but shockingly, couldn't find one of Corro.
