1985-1995 was packed with talent and skill - what the F happened afterwards?

    Not all of them delievered on their promise, but there were some incredibly talented fighters reaching their peak or on the way to it during these years.

    Whitaker, Chavez, McCallum, Toney, Jones, Hopkins, Holyfield and Tyson were all fantastically skilled and went on to have great careers. And then you have others of immense talent who didn't reach quite the same greatness: i e Curry, Norris, Camacho, Kalambay, Bowe etc. The second tier talent was also quite stacked with perhaps Eubank as the oustanding name (but there were of course many more).

    Add to that these years also saw fading but truly great fighters such as Hagler, Leonard, Duran and Hearns.

    Do you agree that the last 15 years have been sparse in comparison? If so, why is that?
